Cross Country

Cross country running is a sport in which teams of runners compete to complete a course over open or rough terrain including grass, mud, woodlands, and water faster than other teams.

Announcements

  • Mt. SAC Cross Country Invitational: Information is now available. (October 19th)
  • Santa Clarita Invitational: The girls took 3rd Place!!!
  • All LPL Schools Meet 2007: Results are now available!
  • Drivers Needed: The team needs parents willing to drive to meets. Please complete a Driver Application Form and return it to Susan Gode at the business office. Parents must have a completed form in order to drive school vehicles.
  • Rides To Meets: Runners must ride to the meet with the team.
  • Rides Home: Runners must ride home from meets with the team or with their parents. They may not ride home with a fellow runner's parents unless Coach Bixler receives written permission from a parent.

Training

Cross country is now meeting Monday at 2:15pm and Tuesday through Friday at 3:15pm at room E2.

Students must have a physical and completed paperwork before being added to the roster or particapating in practice. Please go to the business office to get the necessary forms and paperwork.
